Welcoming and bringing a variety of teachers to our community is one of my passions. Each teacher will reach us in unique and magical ways. The more exposure we have to a variety of teachers the more expansive our dance becomes. Let's gift ourselves with being touched by something new and refreshing with Daniela's Dream Waves.

11:30-1:30  Exchange: $20/15 for seniors, students and couples, $10 for international exchange with residents of Mexico

Get to know Daniela

Daniela Peltekova is a certified 5Rhythms® dance meditation teacher, currently based in LA. She studied directly with Gabrielle Roth, the creator of the 5Rhythms practice, and is an accredited 5RTA® member. Prior to moving to Southern California 3 months ago Daniela lived and taught 5Rhythms in NYC. Daniela is also a certified Focusing body-oriented therapy practitioner and has extensive experience in communications and change management. With poetic artistry and infinite compassion she facilitates powerful space for fun, funky, healing, wild and transformative exploration of bodies and connections in motion. Daniela comes originally from Bulgaria where the land holds ancient traditions of wisdom and spirituality.
