The Spring Equinox gifts us with the reminder of balance of light and dark and an opportunity to plant seeds for growth both in the earth and within ourselves. Where would you like to feel more balance and what seeds of self would you like to plant, nurture and foster? 

As I move with what is present for me in the moment: 

**I plant the seed of awareness, noticing when I fall out of alignment with my authentic self and fall in the rabbit hole of thinking “I’m too busy and tired” to do the things in life I truly enjoy.

**I plant the seed of honoring my relationships with family and friends, truly being present in each moment I am gifted with their presence. 

**I plant the seed of BEing and noticing when I am falling in the whirlwind of the Doing and “To Do” pattern. 

This Sunday we will have an offering of exploring and moving what is true for you- cultivating the seeds of balance with our physical bodies where so much of our innate wisdom lies.
