This Sunday we welcome home Eugene Hedlund

Move in celebration and honoring of all father energy within ourselves and what has been given to us in this life and all that we have given and fathered. Eugene Hedlund has generously offered to guest teach on his travels through San Diego. Teaching on Father's day is extra special as Eugene fathered the development and growth of 5Rhythms in San Diego, being one of the first teachers to begin a dedicated ongoing class here. I look forward to dancing with each of you this Sunday on the dance floor! 

Location: Synergy Dance Zone, 7480 Miramar Rd. San Diego, CA

Time: 11:30-1:30 (Music begins at 11:15 give yourself time for landing and warm-up)

Exchange: $20/$15 Seniors, students and couples
