Creative Self Expression Through Lyrical

This workshop series is for both dancers new to the 5Rhythms practice and those who have danced hundreds of dances. All are welcome! 

Lyrical is a wellspring of creativity and inspiration. It allows space for ideas and insights to surface, and it can be particularly valuable for artists, musicians, writers, and anyone seeking creative breakthroughs. Lyrical can provide a much-needed break from the seriousness of everyday life, inviting dancers to experience childlike wonder and spontaneity. We listen to our body's intuitive impulses, sharpening our ability to trust our inner wisdom and cultivate spontaneity.
