Mental Clarity through Chaos

This workshop series is for both dancers new to the 5Rhythms practice and those who have danced hundreds of dances. All are welcome! 

Chaos is a gateway where the focus on bodily sensations and rhythm allows the mind to quiet down. This can lead to increased mental clarity and a break from everyday mental chatter. When we move faster than our mind a shift occurs, the thoughts dissolve and we become the eye of the storm, grounded, centered and present regardless of what is occurring around us in the moment. We allow the Rhythm of Chaos to rejuvenate and revive us rather than depleting our energy forces. Shaking out stress, negative thoughts, old stories we no longer need, judgements that hinder our well being.
